It's 2:40 and I have to be up for work at 6....have some more.

Tony being angry is a bad thing though because he internalizes all that anger at himself. He blames himself for a lot of shit that he has no right blaming himself for. Fuck, he probably blames himself for Yensin's family being dead even though he had no direct causation going on there.

And Steve is going to be confused because he'll know that Bruce cares about them (obviously because he tucked them in and all the little things that Bruce does for them to make their life more comfortable/easy/productive like ganging up on Tony), but if Bruce cared for them as much as he might think that he does, then why would Bruce be looking up flight plans and wanting to leave? And if he just wanted to go for a trip, why wouldn't he just ask Tony to use the private jet because Tony would be more than willing to let Bruce take it somewhere.

And Steve would TRY to talk about feelings, but Tony wouldn't know how to handle that and he's worried about Bruce being off somewhere on his own with no resources (the man didn't even have his wallet on him), but Bruce dropped his phone, so he has no way of tracking where he went. So there's more anger at himself for Tony because there's nothing he can do to find Bruce and bring him back where he belongs. But Tony's not going to look too closely at the end of that sentence because he doesn't want to examine why "with him and Steve" is where Bruce belongs.
